📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, launches, or seasonal sales, processing times may extend slightly. You will always receive tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Method
We ship via USPS or UPS (First Class or Priority, depending on package weight and size). Tracking information will be provided once your order is fulfilled.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are determined by USPS and are estimated, not guaranteed. Virgo Goddess Apothecary is not responsible for postal delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
🌙 Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Virgo Goddess Apothecary is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assess the situation.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item received, damaged product, etc.), please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
